Applications of aluminum facade profiles and tubes
Our aluminum facade profiles and tubes are used across the Dominican Republic for ventilated facades, louvers, sunscreens and celosías (palillería), ceilings, soffits and eaves, and decorative wall cladding. The AA 6063-T5 architectural alloy combines light weight, corrosion resistance and stability under the Caribbean sun — ideal for building envelopes.

Colors & finishes: wood color (oak, mahogany), white, black, grey/matte and natural
Every facade profile comes in several colors. Oak and Mahogany carry a wood-look finish —WoodGrain texture that mimics natural wood—; White, Black and Grey/Matte come in a solid finish; and Natural (mill finish) is bare, uncoated aluminum. Colors are over a base of powder coating or PVDF: the look you want with the durability of aluminum, no maintenance, no rot and stable color outdoors.

Which aluminum profiles are used for facades and louvers?
Ventilated facades, louvers, sunscreens (celosías) and ceilings use rectangular and square aluminum tubes and profiles — from 1×1 up to 4×8 — in AA 6063-T5 alloy. The most requested sections in the DR are 1×2, 1×4, 1¾×4 and 2×4; the rest are manufactured by volume for projects.
Do the facade profiles come in wood-look (mahogany and oak)?
Yes. Every facade profile is offered in White, Oak, Mahogany and Black, with a wood-look finish via WoodGrain coating over powder coat or PVDF. Additional colors and textures are available by volume for projects.
Do you handle high volume and facade projects?
Yes. We manufacture by volume for construction: non-standard sizes, special colors and made-to-order finishes. Send us the sections, colors and quantities for a specific estimate and quote.
What lengths and wall thicknesses do you offer?
Commercial lengths are 6.40 m (21′) and 5.90 m (19.35′). Wall thickness ranges from 0.90 mm to 3.0 mm or greater depending on the requirement.
What finishes and surface treatments do you offer?
Powder coating, PVDF, WoodGrain (wood-look) and anodizing. The color and wood-look texture are applied as a coating over the aluminum profile.
